When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: You can see the detail here. We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing.

Information collected from Merchants’ customers

For us to be able to provide you with our Services and support, for you to better serve your Customers, and to improve our Services, in some apps we collect information about your Customers. Here are the details:

  • Free Gifts app: We collect order information from your customers for the report feature of the app.
  • Store Pickup app: We collect information about your customers and customer orders for the report feature of the app.
  • Store Locator app, Quick View app, Banner Slider app, Product Labels app, Currency Switcher app, Promotion Popup app: No customer personal information will be gathered.
  • Customer Attribute app: We collect information about your customers and customer orders. When you install our app, the app will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents. We also collect any custom information (custom attribute) that you may create for your own purpose (for example, your customer data including company, job…) We also put these custom information into customers, order meta fields to help other apps to integrate with Customer attribute app. You can see more details at
  • Spin to Win app: We collect information about your customers including customer’s name and email. This allows us to provide the features and functionality of the app.
  • Affiliate app: For Affiliates of merchants: We collect First name, Last name, Phone, Email, Company, Address, City, Zip code, State, Country, Paypal email.  For customers, we collect customer ID and order ID. We collect this information to do features for the app. 
  • Image Optimizer app: No customer personal information will be gathered.
  • SEO Booster app: No customer personal information will be gathered.
